Refund policy

If you would like to return an item, please contact me as soon as possible. I will not accept return requests after 14 days of your original receipt of the item. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping with be your responsibility. When you contact me to request a return, I will provide a shipping address and instructions for you. If the returned item is damaged in shipment back to me, a refund will not be issued. Please pack any returned items well. 

I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@circlingskies.com. For reference, returned items will need to be shipped to Seattle, WA. I will provide an address once you request your return.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any personalized or custom items cannot be returned. Please make sure that you are happy with what we have agreed upon for your personalization or custom order before confirming with me. 

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
